Infused French Fries Recipe

Thin, crisp, and indulgent. Is there something more addictive than french fries? Yes, cannabis-infused French fries.

For centuries, and across all continents, French fries have established themselves as the best sidekick to so many dishes. On their own, they are our most favorite go-to snack. Smeared in Ketchup or an array of sauces and dips, French fries are definitely a great choice when you’re craving some easy,  crunchy, and tasty food.

This edible recipe requires cannabis cooking oil to make it. You can choose to use hemp oil and enjoy its benefits without feeling any psychotropic effect. Hemp oil is high in CBD, a well-known cannabinoid for its several medical properties like pain and inflammation relief, skin disorders, infections, and many more. If you don’t have this on hand, don’t worry, it’s pretty easy to make homemade hemp oil.

Equipment Needed

  • Large Skillet

Weed French Fries

  • Two previously peeled potatoes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika

    Instructions

    • Once you have your potatoes chopped into even-sized sticks, place the slices in cold water.
    • Pour enough cannabis oil into a large skillet on the stove. Keep in mind that it should cover the french fries. Turn it on over medium heat and let the oil heat. Try to keep the temperature under 350 degrees Fahrenheit to conserve the active ingredients of your cannaoil.
    • Grab a bowl to mix the flour, salt, paprika, onion, and garlic powder thoroughly. Gradually stir enough water in so that you can drizzle the mixture with a spoon.
    • Dip the potato slices into the batter and coat each one evenly. Remove excess batter.
    • Now that the oil is hot, place the potato slices carefully into the skillet to fry. In the meanwhile, line a plate with paper towels.
    • When they all look crisp and golden brown, take them out and transfer the fries to the plate with paper towels.

That’s it! Each french fry will absorb all the properties of your cannaoil during the deep-frying process. Enjoy this crispy goodness with a cold drink. Do you want to upgrade your weed fries with a delicious cheesy topping? Here’s what you’ll need:
