All orders and purchases made through this site are governed by these terms and conditions. The purchase of merchandise through the HOJ.life website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the site in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of their residence.

By entering the HOJ.life website, you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non commercial use. All illustrations, designs, icons, graphics, photographs, pictures, and any other items included in this website are the exclusive property of HØJ LIFE LTD unless otherwise stated. These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of goods from HOJ.life only.

“Operator,” “us,” and “we” refer to Retail North LTD, company number NI650267, having its registered address at 54 Scarva Road, Banbridge, BT32 3AU, the licensed entity responsible for operating the website and processing transactions.

“Buyer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the purchaser of the goods from us.

“Goods” means the goods specified in the Operator’s invoice.

“Contract” means the contract between the Operator and Buyer for the sale and purchase of the Goods, which incorporates these Terms & Conditions.

“Terms” means these terms and conditions.

“Site” means the HOJ.life website.

Purchasing Goods Online

To make purchases through the Site, buyers must register and provide personal details, including name, phone number, and email address. Buyers must also provide valid payment details and confirm that they are the person referred to in the billing information provided. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order by us. We reserve the right to verify orders before processing.

Your Order

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This email is not an acceptance of the order. Acceptance and completion of the contract occur when we dispatch the goods to you. The contract is concluded in the United Kingdom and is governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. We reserve the right not to accept an order if we cannot obtain payment authorisation or if an item is out of stock.

HØJ products are available only to individuals 21 years of age and older. Misrepresentation of age is the buyer’s responsibility. HØJ products are intended for use with legal dry herb and concentrate materials and contain precision engineered components and accessories. Using foreign combustibles or unintended materials may void any warranties.

Price and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Buyers outside the country of dispatch may incur duties and taxes upon arrival in their country, and may also be charged higher shipping costs, all of which are the buyer’s responsibility. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders may take 3 to 5 business days for processing before shipment. International orders may experience delays due to customs. The buyer must check goods immediately upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 24 hours. We are not responsible for delays due to external factors such as supplier issues, labour strikes, courier disruption, or natural disasters.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be cancelled and must be returned in its original packaging. Only unused, unopened goods qualify for exchange or store credit. Once the outer packaging is removed, sales are final.

To initiate a return, buyers must email help@hoj.life within the cancellation period. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Opened or used items are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Mystery boxes, gift sets, and bundles are final sale and cannot be returned.

Limited Warranty

HØJ LIFE LTD provides limited warranties on its products, covering manufacturer defects only. The warranty period varies by product and is stated on the product page or in the product documentation.

Warranty requires valid proof of purchase. Register your device at https://hoj.life/pages/register. The warranty does not cover:

•         Physical damage, wear and tear, water damage, or misuse.

•         Consumable parts such as mouthpieces, screens, filters, and accessories.

•         Products purchased from unauthorised sellers (for example eBay, Amazon, or third party marketplaces).

•         Lost or stolen items.

Remedies

The manufacturer’s obligation under this limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement at its discretion. Unauthorised returns void the warranty.

Opt in / Opt out Policy

Users may access, amend, or delete their registration data at any time via email at help@hoj.life. The Operator may contact users regarding promotions or new products, with an option to unsubscribe in each email.
